I am a somatic-informed trauma coach. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, Nonviolent Communication, relational dynamics, early childhood trauma and mens work facilitation.
I am also a homeschooling father and had a farm business for 6 years. I live in Frederick, Maryland.
I am currently training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and pre and perinatal trauma work.
