I'm a licensed massage therapist who is certified in a trauma healing modality called Alchemical Alignment, and I do distance healing sessions. I mostly work one-on-one, and I have also done some sessions with clients with 2 other people. Alchemical Alignment work is about Stabilization/One Manageable Piece of Work at a Time/Stabilization.
