As a coach and facilitator, I am a trust igniter. With the focus on building trust in the coaching relationship while also igniting trust within the individual. I empower humans to lean into their discomfort through access, self-discovery, and curiosity. In coaching, I support the shift in people from their heads to their hearts. What you can expect from coaching is an activation within yourself on how you can make the world better and how you want to show up in the world.
As a trauma and grief counselor with personal experience in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol, I have been working in the mental health space for over six years as a peer-to-peer facilitator. I operate a recovery community organization called Soboat Steamboat, where I provide support to individuals and families navigating mental health and recovery crises. My work extends to jails and hospitals, where I engage directly with individuals to address their mental health or recovery needs.
I also facilitate group meetings through Culinary Hospitality Outreach and Wellness (CHOW), offering free, online peer support to people in the hospitality industry and beyond, with five weekly meetings. My passion is to provide pro bono support to communities in need, especially in crisis situations, and CHOW is available to offer both group and one-on-one support, always free of charge.
I have been working with people living with cancer and people at end of life. I have written a book called Opening to grief: Finding Your Way from Loss to Peace. Bereavement has been the focus of both my group and individual work for over 30 years. I have written a second book called Lasting Words: A Guide to Finding Meaning Toward the Close of Life.
Besides my corporate career where I led teams all over the world, I’m a trauma-trained embodiment facilitator currently enrolled in an evidence-based medicine driven emotional intelligence and psychiatry training. I've held space and facilitated transformation for both individuals and groups around the world and would be honored to show up those who can use some support right now
I’m a rites of passage guide, grief and trauma counselor, initiated ancestral diviner, trained in Somatic Experiencing®, Hakomi, IFS (parts work) and grief ritual.

I address dis-ease in both the mental and physical bodies, using a multifaceted approach that nurtures vitality and encourages lasting change. By harmonizing ancient wisdom with modern modalities, I create a sacred space for transformation, enabling my clients to reclaim their well-being and thrive in vibrant, supportive communities.
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor as well as a shamanic minister who specializes in trauma recovery and is trained in EMDR and somatic experiencing. I help many people work through horrible traumas and find relief after a few trauma sessions.
I am a clinical psychology graduate student living in Western Massachusetts. I worked with SBP USA during the Hurricane Ida relief, so have been on the ground in the aftermath of devastating hurricanes before and sat with folks grappling with the effects. My belief is that, as Jack Saul writes, collective trauma requires collective healing - all of us leaning in during this time.
